Bullard's SceneCatcher allows officers to use a thermal imager to simultaneously take snapshots and videos of the images seen during surveillance operations. The SceneCatcher is a digital recorder that captures 60 minutes of video, as well as 300 still images. The digital images and videos download easily through a USB connection to a computer for use in analysis and recording of evidence. Allowing officers to show actual surveillance images, the SceneCatcher serves as a useful tool in documentation and evidentiary purposes.
