ReportBeam is a field-based reporting solution designed to manage, automate and analyze forms, making it easier to share information, reports and citations in real time. This software allows agencies to create and transmit electronic versions of their hardcopy reports/documents and automate the review/approval process. It also offers Internet access to publicly available forms/reports. It can transform agencies into an almost paperless operation saving time and manpower, storage space, and reducing data entry errors and misfiling. Data is automatically saved and stored on the server. Agencies can make information electronically available to other agencies/departments or to the public. Other features include: ad hoc reporting, which allows officials to populate reports with data from existing reports, and geospatial analysis, which gives agencies data mapping capabilities.
