Tiburon's computer-aided dispatch system, CAD/Ti, provides a scaleable command and control solution to support law enforcement, fire protection and emergency medical services. CAD/Ti provides all levels of call entry, location verification, dispatcher routing and queuing, unit recommendation, unit assignment and tracking, and status mapping in a system that is fast and functional. CAD/Ti provides server-independent processing and a reliable configuration delivering system availability approaching 100 percent. A unique method of inter-process communications provides fully distributed, workstation-based processing of all critical dispatch functions in the event of server or network failure. If any component fails, the system continues to function.
