Spillman's Pin Mapping module is a valuable tool for tracking, analyzing and displaying crime statistics in a jurisdiction. The searching capabilities give users access to critical information for investigative research on suspects, burglaries, violent crimes, auto thefts, and more, using name, vehicle, property and incident records from the Spillman database. The customizable visual display provides users with distance measuring tools to detect and analyze related crimes and suspects by visually identifying spatial relationships, and also provides the ability to identify high crime regions and collaborate to reduce crime in those areas.
