COM1000 Version 1.1

The COM1000 is a new breed of Industrial Internet Appliance designed to provide the mobile workforce with functions not handled by a PC or modem. Equipped with both an Ethernet interface and a serial (PPP) connection for Wireless-IP modems (CDPD/CDMA/GPRS), it provides analog and gigital inputs, a relay output (for alarms or kill-switches), and a host of IP-based applications for alerts and notifications. Capture temperature or pressure and up to four contact closures, and send TCP or UDP packets, customizable email messages (SMTP), or log files to a server (FTP). Remotely manageable, flexible and secure, this device is unique.
