Roaming Messenger 2.0 (RM2.0) is a mobile technology platform which is integrated into applications such as computer aided dispatch, incident management, threat detection, and other systems and provides a way to extend these applications out to users on both wired and wireless devices. This new release shifts the current paradigm of mobilizing applications via static flat messages, to the new paradigm of dynamic, intelligent messengers that bring active functionality to the mobile world This gives public safety agencies the ability to mobilize both data and workflow processes from their core applications.
