The MSD575 Tactical Operations Dry Suit is intended for use by swift-water rescue teams, and waterborne or over-water tactical operations teams where superior dry suit protection is required. Offering a combination of durability and comfort when conducting demanding boardings such as fast roping or high-freeboard Jacob s ladder embarkation, the MSD575 is available in both black and Coast Guard Blue. The Mustang Survival Corp.'s dry suit is authorized for use and procurement by U.S. Coast Guard members performing boarding operations via vertical insertion (fast roping). Designed for maximum mobility and superior abrasion protection in high-wear areas associated with tactical maneuvers during boarding, the MSD575 Tactical Operations Dry Suit is constructed using highly abrasion resistant fabric; lightweight, waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX fabric; and Mustang Survival's adjustable neck seal.
