The Motorola Printrak LiveScan is designed to provide law enforcement agencies with demanded image identity features, as well as the ability to interface with Motorola's flagship biometric product, the Printrak Biometrics Identification Solutions. The LiveScan product lines feature FBI Appendix F-certified software and portable scanner; sequence checking for both fingerprints and palmprints; a three-part full palm capture (upper/lower/writer's); touch-screen operation with commercial off-the-shelf display; maximum image size capture, allowable by NIST and FBI; no moving platenor capture camera; and instand live video of the fingerprint and palmprint images feedback.
