Homeland security first responder agencies can now operate the Tactical Communications Bridge (TCB-2) remotely over an Ethernet port or over a network with the Link Communications user interface software, based on Windows GUI. The TCB-2 allows up to 10 different brand radios and/or telephone devices (wireless or landline) to reliably communicate with each other over different frequencies, in emergency situations. Although a key element in emergency preparedness, this TCB-2 is also an everyday solution that allows the creation of up to five different talk groups or conversations, comprised of any number of radio ports (up to the 10 available). The TCB-2 is an ideal interface between Analog and Digital trunked radio systems.
