LEA digital bodywire systems are field programmable and 100-percent digital from transmission to reception. The system comes with a transmitter, repeater and audio receiver. Digital bodywire systems offer many advantages over existing analog devices currently being deployed by undercover law enforcement personnel. The most significant is the ability for a digital bodywire system to transmit and receive over a single frequency. This enables entirely secure transmissions on one of 9,601 available frequencies, virtually eliminating the risk of detection for undercover law enforcement personnel.
