Aluminum Desktop Stand

LapWorks announces its first desktop-only stand for notebook computers - the sleek Aluminum Desktop Stand. The portable Aluminum Desktop Stand elevates PC and Mac notebooks to improve screen viewing, improve typing ergonomics and cool a laptop up to 23 percent to extend its life. The laptop stand has six easy-to-adjust elevated positions. The lower three allow for cooling and improved ergonomics while using the laptop's own keyboard. The three steeper inclines raise the screen closer to eye level to create an ergonomically-sound desktop workstation when using a separate keyboard. Constructed of heat-dissipating brushed-aluminum, the sturdy stand is also portable, folding flat and thin at 12 by 9.5 by 3/8 inches, for easy storage in a computer bag. It also includes non-skid rubber pads to grip the laptop, a built-in turntable for 360 degree rotation and screen-sharing capability.
