Tactical Rifle Line

Aug. 20, 2007
Franks Gun has introduced a new tactical rifle line. These rifles address increasingly routine needs of law enforcement - that of domestic and wild animal control, and situations where street light must be taken out without detection. The rifles are integrally suppressed 22s. They are built on Ruger 10/22 and 77/22 platforms. The suppressor is fitted inside the bull barrel of the rifle, making it indistinguishable from the normal factory host gun. The guns are also unbelievably quiet. Franks Gun claims the bolt movement is the loudest sound on the 10/22 and the firing pin can be heard on the 77/22. Accuracy is reported to be improved over the unsuppressed barrel. Both guns come standard with wood furniture and choice of barrel length. The 10/22 is offered in stainless as well.
