Fargo Electronics Inc. offers Print Security Manager and Print Security Client, a combination of printer network and security software applications for managing and protecting networked-based ID card systems. Print Security Manager can remotely configure and manage networked ID card printer/encoders and provide detailed information such as card printer status and ribbon use. Print Security Client includes the following features: Security Imaging: Using Fargo's new Fluorescing Ribbon, the Security Imaging application adds covert security features such as customized logos and unique numbers to ID cards. Viewable under ultraviolet light, these covert features provides critical forensic data.
