MediaAgent

The MediaAgent client features a number of new functions that can help improve a call taker's efficiency. Available for the complete line of VR series call loggers, including the VR615, VR725, VR778 and DIR911t, new features include: instant recall for reviewing portions of incoming calls as they are happening, record on demand, live monitor, and an array of user configurable alarms and alerts. MediaAgent also offers a convenient recording media status display which gives operators a precise readout of the available media remaining that can be dedicated to further call recording.
