Skills Manager Version 8x is a records management system for law enforcement and public safety training managers to document personnel development from date of hire to retirement. This Windows-based software monitors personnel certifications, training and firearms qualifications, and allows managers to evaluate individuals, instructors and organizations for compliance with established standards or regulations. Skills Manager also tracks employee records, certifications, firearms training and employment and education. Add on modules are available to catalog equipment; manage images, documents and computer files linked to employee and course records; and to test and score via automated scanning.
