SUV Command Post

Bumperchute Command Posts are designed to shelter the IC and command post equipment, and help identify the SUV Command Post. It is self-supported from the vehicle, compact (about 5 lbs), easily stows in the vehicle, convenient and ready to use. The new super-sized model (FD2000TX) was designed for departments that use slide out work stations which require the rear cargo doors to be fully swung open or those that just need lots of room. It fits GM/Chevy Suburbans, Tahoes and Yukons (vehicle year 2000 to present) with rear cargo doors. The four pole system extends the overhead coverage out four feet beyond the rear bumper. The overall coverage area has more than doubled over the standard cargo door model (FD2000CD). Wind restraint anchors are built into the forward edge of the canopy and attach back to the vehicle doors.
