ATN's 7x50 daytime Omega class binocular is built to withstand rugged handling and environments while providing a sharp, stable image with superior low-light performance. It is housed in full rubber armor for shock resistant and waterproof protection. The field of view is 394 feet at 1,000 yards, or 132 meters at 1,000 meters. For eyeglass wearers, the 7x50RF Omega features an extra long eye relief of 22 mm making this one of the most comfortable binoculars to use for extended periods of time without creating eyestrain.
Rapid response
More than 3,000 K-12 and higher education campuses are now using Prepared Response, Inc.'s Rapid Responder crisis management system to provide first responders and school security with instant access to critical campus information like floor plans, aerial imagery, geospatial (GIS) information, utility shut-offs, evacuation routes and more. The system has been used to successfully mitigate an "active shooter" response, as well as bomb threats, lock downs and fire incidents. Rapid Responder is certified for anti-terrorism use by the federal government under the SAFETY Act of 2002.
Facility patrol assistant
Morse Watchmans has simplified guard tour procedures and tasks with the use of the company's PowerCheck Guard Tour System. The computerized system includes a handheld data recorder, checkpoint stations and reporting software. The handheld recorder lets security personnel to input incident codes on site using the built-in keypad and display. The Tour-Pro Data Sorting Software Windows application converts the data recorder information into custom reports. At the end of the guard tour, 99 pre-set incident codes can be downloaded to the computer. An Auto Pilot feature can be programmed for random tour sequences for added security measures.

Gone are the days of hiring
a cherry picker or erecting a dummy pole: Seon Design, Inc.'s Sherpa rapid mobile video surveillance deployment system can climb poles by itself. Deployed in less than 10 minutes, Sherpa can deliver a number of pan/tilt/zoom camera heads to the top of existing poles (9 inches to 4 inches in diameter). Applications include crowd control, covert surveillance, border patrol and arson prevention. Cameras are all-weather proof and can be controlled remotely, either by radio transmission (1.2 km), 3G, GSM, Wi-Fi or any other recognized transmission system. Cameras can remain active for up to 48 hours.
LED headlamp
Streamlight, Inc.'s Enduro LED headlamp allows hands-free operation in low-light conditions. The white LED model provides up to 850 candela peak beam intensity in high-level mode and 14.5 lumens measured system output and six lumens measured system output in low mode. Powered with a 0.5-watt high-flux LED with a 30,000-hour lifespan, the light runs up to 12 continuous hours in low mode and up to six continuous hours in high mode. The Enduro LED weighs 2.75 ounces, is waterproof to one meter for one hour and is constructed with an impact-resistant, drop-tested housing.
