The Docking Station for the Panasonic Toughpad FZ-M1 provides a secure location for computer charging, security and connection to peripherals, such as in-vehicle keyboards, printers and bar code scanners. Its easy-to-use latch handle and barrel lock allow for convenient one-handed docking, and work together to securely and effectively mount the tablet, even with repeated use.
Both the advanced and basic port replication feature best-in-class circuitry and allow users to easily connect up to two fully-powered USB 3.0 cables and one Ethernet cable. Docking station models with advanced port replication include ports for video, serial and HDMI cables.
Additional models within the product family feature dual high-gain antenna to improve range and Lind power supply with customized cord length and connector tip. Havis also offers a cradle-only version without electronics.
The Docking Station for the Panasonic Toughpad FZ-M1 is currently undergoing the industry's toughest safety and quality testing to ensure reliable docking and performance in in the field. This testing includes 30-mph crash simulations per SAE J1455, military-grade vibration testing, hot/cold operation and storage testing, and extensive cycle testing.
