The Nitecore® TM 15 is especially designed for outdoor activities and is constructed from aero grade aluminum that is hard-anodized to a robust HAIII military grade for protection from corrosion and wear. The TM15's thermal heat fins have been strengthened to make the unit extremely stable in in all environmental conditions. The tail of the light is a flat design allowing the TM15 to "tail stand" securely and safely.
The aluminum reflector is designed for spot-and-throw optics. The TM15 reaches a throw-range of 363 meters. The optics feature a dual-side coated mineral glass for maximum optical efficiency while ensuring optimum light projection quality.
The TM15 runs on either 18650 or CR123 batteries. The integrated battery magazine allows for a lighter and more compact body. Exceptionally long run times require using 4 x 18650 batteries or 8 x CR123 batteries. The TM15 is capable of using only 1 x 18650 or 2 x CR123 batteries in emergency situations. The power adaptor for recharging is included.
A patented, multi-functional single switch design allows for easy, one-handed operation of all the functions. The intelligent charging circuit features status detection and a patented integrated power indicator that displays the battery voltage. All circuitry contact points are gold-plated for better conductivity and durability over time.
The TM15 is also waterproof and submersible up to 2 meters. For any outdoor enthusiast, security or first responder, the TM15 also has an integrated camera-type thread mounting point that allows the unit to be used on standard tripods as an exterior light or fixed illumination source.
