ORLANDO, Fla. --

Orlando Police Officer Fernando Trinidad won't be making his rounds at the Orlando International Airport. He was relieved of duty with pay because the State Attorney’s Office may file criminal charges against Trinidad.

Trinidad was seen in surveillance video pushing Jessica Aspirilla down a flight of stairs outside an Orlando nightclub.

Trinidad was transferred from the downtown area after Aspirilla announced she was filing a civil suit against the city for Trinidad’s actions. Last year he was only given an eight hour suspension for pushing Aspirilla.

Now she is demanding that he lose his job and be charged with battery and perjury.
