Politicians and now what
I have yet to see one key player make any statement about this. Where is Bloomburg in all of this ? A year ago he was publicly whining about the claims, telling anyone who he could find that the cops, firefighters and EMS responders were all dammed near hypocondriac`s. Now, all of a sudden, this miracle settlement comes to be and where is he ?

And requiring 95% of those affected to decide within 90 days to either take what is offered, for a one time settlement that leaves these people completely exposed with regard to long-term medical conditions caused by WTC debris exposure, is IMO beyond a crime. How long after WW 2 did it take for the shipyard workers, who built ships lined w/ ASBESTOS, for that whole mess to come to light. We are still seeing fallout from that everyday. There as to be a better way. Not to mention a more humane way. How many of you want a gun placed against your FAMILY`s head if you become sick because of a similar incident ? Im there now. And folks, it ain`t fun.
