Alleged Ind. Burglar Warms Baby's Bottle

Why burglarize the house, when he could make some money babysitting.

I would love to hear his reasons for committing the crime and what his criminal history sounds like. Sounds like his act of kindness shows a different type of person than the typical criminal we see all too often.

Where was the baby momma? Why did this house have surveillance?

I think I could give him a good defense. He was walking by the home, when my client heard a baby crying....being the good samaritan my client is...he knocked, and knocked, on the back door, with no one coming to the door he decided to kick it in...so that he could feed the poor child. But there was so much stuff in the way, he had to throw it all around. LOL!!!!
