What in the hell is wrong with these guys?

Ok, I'm signing off duty and going home to have a drink. What in G-d's name is wrong with these guys? What ever it is it can't be fixed.

I was a K9 handler for 7 years and attended many USPCA trials. I HEARD rumors that some handlers "calmed down" their K9's using this method. I thought it to be rumor, but I guess not. The control over an animal is at the end of the lead and in the animals head on his shoulders, not the one between his back legs. As far as charges of animal cruelty..Don't think it will fly. No harm to the animal was commited. These officers should never handle K9's and, I have serious doubts they should retain their jobs. Their lack of judgement speaks volumes. Stay Safe-

In defense of the officer and the whole "more control" explanation, I do have to admit, he may have a point there. Women have been doing this kind of thing to men for ages. LOL

I bet that dog would follow them anywhere.
