seems like the Florida AFIS needs a quicker response time on the finger print IDs. The guy had to be in jail for atleast a few hours before making bond.

What if this guy was a terrorist ? Florida already dropped the ball on the last one's that got away and killed 3000. All we got was a big whoops. Looks like we are screwed by complacency in this country. This story show that we are asleep at the wheel. Maybe two or more big hits may wake up the boys at city hall and bring professional CIO's to clean up their learning curve mess, that is wasting money, and I can assure you will cost us more lives. This guy should have been on his way back to California with the first arrest.
Will send this to the Office of Homeland Security to let them know how badly are communications work in this country after billions of dollars are spent. Computers do not sleep or work 9 to 5.
