Sounds pretty convenient, they know a drug bust is going down so they call the Police to report a "home invasion". Pretty nice way to try and get out of killing a law enforcement officer. She shoots the agent as her husband goes to the basement to flush the drugs?? That doesnt sound like the actions of a man whose home is being invaded! Send them both to the chair!!

Have to see that movie "Pride & Glory" not saying is the same as what happened to loss of the FBI Agent but for the suspect to say FBI shot their own man, I mean it happend before.... I say and hope they get a good detective to Investigate the cause of this and come out with the Truth and honest conclusion of the story.

They knew what they were doing. They planned this in advance. They knew it was the police there for the drugs! That is why he ran to destroy the drugs.

My sincerest condolences to SA Hick's wife and child. My thoughts and prayers are with them. I pray that both Christina Korbe and her POS husband Robert both fry, and rot in hell! Hey Christina, you married a POS drug dealer, and now you murdered a Federal Agent. You're a regular "mother of the year". I'm sure she had no problem spending the money from the drug sales.

SA Hicks, Rest in Peace brother.

RIP-Proud, hard-working, special agent and warrior Hicks

Whoaaa Wife is worse than he is. She only kept that gun for their plan: trapping the house for LE. Right, she cared for the safety of her kids; using them as shields or even using them as hostages if she had to.
What facts surrounded mother-in-law threat?to issue a gun permit to a wife of a felon? Did the permit issue come up in May when he was detained or during the planning of raid?Weren't other court options available 3 yrs ago-not a permit? She only stopped shooting because it would ruin her alibi.
The Korbe kids, as well as other agents are lucky to be alive. May the Hicks immediate family and his parents find some kind of comfort--in the love and life they shared with this young man of honor and conviction.

Christina Korbe called 911 during the raid and said her house was being robbed. She had fired at a burglar---Good point, she couldnt decide if it was the police or one of her husbands colleagues Both reasons for pre-planning and keeping a gunas previously discussed with hubby dear! Those kids are lucky to be alive. Only calling 911 would have made her alibi appear possible.

Home invasion? Yeah right. If the husband knew what was going on, i am sure the wife did too.

SA Hicks, rest in peace brother, you will not be forgotten.

My condolences to the family of SA Hicks. This kind of warrant service is one of the most most dangerous things you can possibly do in law enforcement. I hope it was really the only option they had available. Unless she has admitted otherwise, it will be difficult to convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt that she knew they were police. She can claim she was sound asleep when they bust in, couldn't find her husband, and reacted in a panic thinking that home invaders were coming in the door. With guns, drugs, and kids in the same house, busting in the door at 6 in the morning to get a smalltime dealer is putting peoples lives at risk for no good reason. It's a damn shame this happened.

The gangs in my town bust into homes yelling police and wearing shirts with the word police on them. I can understand how she would think this was a home invasion.
