DURHAM, N.H.
--
A Dover, N.H., man charged with being a fugitive from justice was arrested on the University of New Hampshire campus Friday morning.
Reynaldo Rosas-Martir, 23, was arrested by UNH police based on information provided by Dover police. Officials said he will be arraigned on drug charges in Puerto Rico once he's extradited.
"Our students were never in any danger," said UNH Deputy Chief Paul Dean. "The alleged illegal activities took place away from the Durham campus in Puerto Rico."
Rosas-Martir was ordered held on $20,000 cash bail until his arraignment on the fugitive charge in Durham District Court.
