Fired Iowa Officers Seek Jobs Back

CRESTON, Iowa --

Two fired Creston Police Department officials have filed appeals to get their jobs back.

Police Chief James Christensen and Assistant Chief John Sickels lost their jobs after being charged with sexually assaulting a bartender at the Crestmoor Country Club.

The men have filed paperwork to try and have their jobs restored.

Those applications usually call for a hearing about the matter within 30 days.
