Sarasota Police Officer Andre Jenkins fought back tears during his final patrol shift before retiring.
Officer Andre Jenkins fought back tears during his final patrol shift before retiring. The Sarasota Police Department honored him in a ceremony, thanking him for his 30 years of service. "I had plenty of good times. And a lot of good memories over my career and I appreciate it," Officer Jenkins says over the police radio. "I'll cherish them for the rest of my life."
