Dashcam Shows Mayor Driving Lawnmower at Night With an Open Container

It was a little late to be cutting the grass, but that didn't stop this man from driving his lawnmower down a road in South Carolina. Police dashcam video caught the incident in Horry County. Even though their blue flashing lights were on, the man wouldn't pull his vehicle over. So officers sped up to get his attention. His name is John Gardner and he's the mayor of Aynor, South Carolina.
