Texas Police Officer Finds Intoxicated Woman Sleeping on Busy Road

Dashcam footage from Texas cops appears to show the moment a woman is found sleeping in the road. In the video, a car in front of Sgt. Scott's cruiser is seen swerving to avoid something in the road. The object was a person who looked to be sleeping. When helped up by the officer, the woman sat up and stumbled before she was arrested for public intoxication. The woman, Jeanette Murillow, was later released on bond.
