Michigan police officer Scott Combs responded to an upsetting call recently when he found a large dog attacking a 12-year-old girl named Winter. Officer Combs freed the girl from the dog. He later said, "This was definitely one of the most horrific things I've ever seen in my career in public service." And although the experience will stay with both Winter and Officer Combs, they're both healing. Combs received an award for his actions, while the police force pitched in to give Winter a new bike.
