Monroe County, Florida Sheriff's officials said that a woman squatting in a Big Pine Key home that was up for sale attacked a deputy while she was naked inside the home on Tuesday.
Deputy Richard Wang wrote in his arrest report that Realtor Tara Wood called after people showed up for a viewing of the for-sale house at 30612 23rd Lane and found it occupied, according to The Keynoter.
Wang responded to the house just after noon Tuesday when he walked up to the front door and saw a naked woman in the living room. The woman, identified as 37-year-old Feliciamae Farrington, answered the door without any clothes on and joined by a large pit bull.
After Wang asked the woman to get dressed, he said she told him she "does not have to put on any clothes at her own house."
The deputy began questioning the woman and after discovering she had been there without permission, he went into the home to arrest her for trespassing.
She reportedly became aggressive and swung a hand at Wang's face and missed then later spit in his face.
Wang was able to pin Farrington in between the kitchen counter top and the wall until a backup officer arrived.
Farrington was arrested for felony and misdemeanor battery on an officer, felony resisting an officer with violence and misdemeanor trespassing.
