S.C. Police Officer Dies 6 Days After Collapsing

A Summerville, S.C. police officer died Sunday after suffering a medical emergency while on duty last week.

Officer Robert Blajszczak collapsed on Oct. 20 during a traffic stop on Main Street and died at the hospital six days later, according to The Post and Courier.

The seven-year veteran of the force was assigned to the traffic division.
