NYPD Cops Allegedly Attacked by City Employees

Three off-duty city employees were busted after two of them attacked officers attempting to arrest their friend for drinking from an open container of cognac Sunday morning.

Three off-duty city employees were busted after two of them attacked officers attempting to arrest their friend for drinking from an open container of cognac Sunday morning, cops said.

Kelvin Lorenzo, 28, a corrections officer, was approached by cops outside the 809 Restaurant on Dyckman Street at about 4 a.m. after they spotted him allegedly drinking and acting disorderly .

As the cops tried to arrest Lorenzo, Krismeli Cuilan, 27, an NYPD civilian employee, allegedly pushed a sergeant, while ­Nicole Lucien, 30, a teacher, allegedly jumped another officer.

Lucien was charged with assault on a cop. Cuilan was charged with obstructing governmental administration.
