Police believe they have captured a man who has been using cheese to proposition women.

Police believe they have captured a rat that has been using cheese to proposition women in several neighborhoods in and near Philadelphia, according to Philadelphia Magazine, the publication that says it first wrote about the story.

Police trapped Christopher Pagano, the man suspected of being 'The Swiss Cheese Pervert,' Thursday afternoon at his home, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

The Philadelphia Special Victims Unit arrested the 41-year-old as part of a large investigation.

The Norristown resident is accused of driving up to women and offering to pay them to watch him put Swiss cheese on his genitals and perform sex acts.

He was sometime without pants and often showed his Swiss cheese.

Images of the so-called Swiss Cheese Pervert started popping up on the Internet last week after the Mayfair Town Watch began posting them to its Facebook page.
