DETROIT --

A Detroit Public Schools squad car was one of three vehicles involved in a crash Wednesday at the intersection of Evergreen and Plymouth roads.

Police said a driver in a silver sedan was going eastbound on Plymouth Road when it T-boned the squad car, which was going south on Evergreen Road.

A third car, which had several children in it, was also hit, police said.

No one was seriously hurt.

An investigation is under way into the cause of the crash.

A witness told Local 4 the silver car had the right of way, but the squad car had his lights and sirens on.
