LOUISVILLE, Ky. --
A Louisville man is facing criminal charges after police said he set a fire in a trash receptacle.
According to arrest records, Robert E. Meehan, 58, set a newspaper on fire and tossed it in a Dumpster full of wooden construction debris Tuesday night near Clay and East Market streets.
