A Tyngsborough police officer was hospitalized early Thursday morning after his cruiser rolled over while he was responding to a call.

A Tyngsborough police officer was hospitalized early Thursday morning after his cruiser rolled over while he was responding to a call.

Officer Steven Manning was driving a DARE/SRO Mustang cruiser on Coburn Road when his car struck a patch of ice at about 7:30 a.m. The car rolled over.

Manning was taken to Lowell General Hospital, where he was treated and released.
