Bardstown, Kentucky Police Department mourns the loss of Police Officer Jason Ellis.  Officer Ellis was shot and killed on an exit ramp from the Bluegrass Parkway shortly before 2:50 am local time today. A call into 911 reported that an officer had been fatally struck by a vehicle.
