VICTOR, N.Y. - July 24, 2018 - PRLog -- L-Tron Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of retired Deputy Sheriff, Andrew McNeill, to its growing Law Enforcement Support Team. McNeill retired from the Monroe County Sheriff's Office with 20 years of experience and joins L-Tron as Director of Forensic Education.

McNeill brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the L-Tron team. For 18 years, he worked as a crime scene investigator, collision reconstructionist and latent fingerprint examiner. An ACTAR-accredited traffic accident reconstructionist and IAI-certified Senior Crime Scene Analyst, McNeill holds a Master of Forensics degree from George Washington University. As an experienced academy instructor and field trainer, he has played an integral role in updating New York State's investigative photography and evidence technician courses to train new crime scene technicians.

McNeill is currently working with L-Tron to increase awareness of OSCR360 spherical photography software through demonstrations and training courses. OSCR360 photography equipment and software (https://www.l-tron.com/oscr360) allows evidence technicians, investigators, and detectives to quickly capture, organize and connect all of their multimedia case evidence in one presentation-ready file that immerses the viewer in a 360-degree, virtual reality environment. McNeill will be delivering two OSCR-related presentations at the upcoming IAI Educational Conference in San Antonio. In the future, McNeill looks forward to developing and teaching a group of forensic training courses.

L-Tron Corporation works closely with Law Enforcement agencies across the country to understand and solve their pain points.

Gayle DeRose, Vice President of L-Tron Corporation, says, "We are proud supporters of the Thin Blue Line. We promote causes that support officers and their families (https://www.l-tron.com/backing-the-blueboth-in-and-out-of...) and we want our products to be built from the voice of law enforcement. Andy is an invaluable asset to our Law Enforcement Support team, as his insight helps us further understand how to 'Back the Blue' with encouragement, support and game-changing equipment. We are thrilled to welcome Andy to our team."
