PriorityStart! improvements

Product From BLI INT'L

The Baton Labs Int'l (BLI) PriorityStart! automatically disconnects battery drain, once battery voltage gets below 11.7 volts due to GPS systems, two-way radios, computers, lights or any electrical accessories left on. BLI's product improvements to the PriorityStart! system include an advanced-technology microprocessor; a MIL-standard discrete components with higher values and temperature extremes; an improvement in gear design; the modification of the integrated chip control of the opening and closing of the heavy-duty contact-disc; and an LED power indicator.

PriorityStart! SP

Product From BLI INT'L

For 2005 PriorityStart! SP has a new gear drive system that produces a 30-percent increase in strength, more precise operation of gear system and surge "spike" protection circuit for all electrical accessories. Available from BLI International, PriorityStart! detects any battery drain when the key is off and disconnects to prevent dead battery. It will automatically reconnect by the headlight switch.

Pro X-SP PriorityStart!

Product From BLI INT'L

The Pro X-SP PriorityStart! automatic battery power protector from BLI International now has new circuitry with higher values, an improved mechanical drive system, surge protection and lower reconnection threshold. PriorityStart! automatically disconnects battery drains due to two-way radios, computers, lights or any of the many electrical accessories added by fleets. Just operate the headlights switch to automatically reconnect the battery power. Because PriorityStart! operates only when needed, to prevent a dead battery, it is always on duty providing starting power.

PriorityStart! ProMax

Product From BLI INT'L

The PriorityStart! ProMax is an automatic computerized voltage disconnect system that protects vehicle batteries. The PriprotyStart ProMax only operates when needed; it passively monitors the battery voltage when the key is off. If it detects any drain on the battery below a certain voltage for a full minute, it automatically disconnects it. PriorityStart! ProMax has made improvements for 2006 to its computer microprocessor, as well as having a stronger, redesigned gear system (30-percent increase in strength, more precise operation of gear system) and a new surge "spike" protection circuit to prevent electrical surges.

PrioroityStart!

Product From BLI INT'L

BLI International's PriorityStart! now has a battery power on/off indicator as part of its circuit. Any load that takes battery voltage to 11.7 volts when the key is off is automatically disconnected -- the LED is red. Step on the brake pedal and battery power is automatically reconnected -- LED is green. For 2007 PriorityStart! has other improvements/changes to the computer microprocessor: a stronger, redesigned gear system; and a new surge "spike" protection circuit to prevent electrical surges that potentially could damage the vehicle's electrical system.

Pro X-SP

Product From BLI INT'L

The Pro X-SP model has a new surge "spike" protection circuit that adds additional protection to the electrical system. As electronics take over more and more of automotive vehicle operations, voltage spikes are an increasing problem. Transient voltage "spikes" can cause damage to computers, two-way radios, MDT equipment, cameras and a host of other electrical equipment. With PriorityStart! Pro X-SP, the battery voltage is monitored at all times. When the vehicle is off, if the battery voltage drops below approximately 11.8 volts, the battery is disconnected leaving starting power (the battery voltage immediately recovers). When the vehicle operator returns, he simply operates the headlight switch or steps on the brake pedal to cause the reconnection.
