BLOOMINGTON, IND.–Bloomington-based Envisage Technologies, the leading provider of law enforcement and public safety training and compliance solutions, announced that the U.S. Department of Defense Peace Officer Standards and Training (DoD POST) has awarded Envisage a contract for the Acadis® Readiness Suite.
Acadis, a highly secure and comprehensive web-based training and compliance management system, will support legally defensible training and certification records for approximately 120,000 police officers across all branches of the DoD.
The DoD POST will use Acadis to manage its certification and accreditation operations, including operational management functions, report development, compliance tracking, accreditation management, records tracking, and online training course delivery. Acadis will support the entire hire-to-retire lifecycle to ensure that each officer remains in compliance with DoD certification policies.
