This 7-year-old "police officer" is giving out hugs, flowers and tickets for being "too cute" to elderly patients in nursing homes across Kansas City. Oliver began his mission to help people when he visited his grandmother's nursing home two years ago. Since then, Oliver has been visiting two nursing homes a week with his mom, Brandi Davis. The pair spend two to three hours each week handing out flowers, distributing around 15,000 flowers in the past year alone.
