West Virginia Trooper Takes on Child Abuse Cases

Derek was my brother I did not live with him but i seen him every weekend. Even tho I was olny 6 at the time of my brothers death it still hit me hard. To this day I still can not get over it. I would like to say that you all are a part of the reason my brother died cps and the others that didn't to a thing to save my brother. You all have my brothers blood on your hands to. And to the court that let my dad out Kevin Browning you also have blood on your hands. Even tho my brother didn't live a long life i would like to say I enjoy the time I had with him. You let my brother and my family down. If you would have taken a stand and did your job maybe my brother would still be here but you didn't. You all are part of the reason he is not here. But to all of those that tried to help thank you
