Third and final part of this three-part series on the "Pearl Harbor" of school attacks. This part looks at the attack timeline and law enforcement response along with the lasting impact this particular attack had on response protocols.

While waiting outside of the school, Harris ran into a fellow student and is reported as saying, “I like you now. Get out of here. Go home.” At 11:19am, after the bombs failed to explode, Harris and Klebold made their way to the West entrance of the school placing them level with the library which is located above the cafeteria.
